By accessing or using MFLIX, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using MFLIX on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to both you and that organization.
MFLIX is a learning platform providing structured learning paths, assignments, group and company management, 360° feedback cycles, and related administrative tooling, organized around a multi-tenant hierarchy of companies, groups, and individual members.
Accounts are provisioned by your company’s administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
Your company retains ownership of content it creates or uploads (paths, assignments, posts). MFLIX retains ownership of the platform itself, including its underlying software, design, and any content we publish to the shared catalog. Group posts, comments, and submissions remain visible to your company and are subject to moderation by your administrators and platform staff.
Paid features are governed by the plan and seat limits configured for your company. Suspension or deactivation of a company for non-payment follows the same reversible deactivation model used elsewhere on the platform: access is paused, not immediately deleted.
Either party may terminate access as described in your company’s agreement. We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MFLIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated revision date once this document moves past draft status.
